PAYMENT POLICY
The Service Call Fee must be paid before a scheduled service date and time is confirmed on our calendar, and is non-refundable for no-shows or cancelations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Payment is due at the time of service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All parts, including shipping costs, must be pre-paid before they are ordered. Fees for off-site labor will also be billed to your credit card or pay account.
Some parts are not returnable and therefore are non-refundable.
INSURANCE / WARRANTY WORK POLICY
Road Tech RV will provide the RV owner with a detailed paid invoice (and photos if requested) for any work that may fall under a warranty or an insurance claim. It is the RV owner’s responsibility to seek reimbursement from the warranty or insurance company.
RV / SITE ACCESS
It is preferred that the RV owner be present when our technician arrives. If this is not possible, the RV owner must arrange access to the park and RV. If access is not possible at the time we arrive, the trip fee and minimum one hour on-site labor cost will be billed to your account.
