PAYMENT POLICY
You will be contacted to confirm your scheduled appointment at which time we will take a credit card number or payment app ID. We accept cash, debit / credit cards, Venmo and PayPal.
Payment for on-site labor and trip fees is due for each trip to your RV at the time of service. If you are not present at the time of service, your card or pay account will be charged the amount due.
All parts, including shipping costs, must be pre-paid before they are ordered. Fees for off-site labor will also be billed to your credit card or pay account.
Some parts are not returnable and therefore are non-refundable. If you cancel a job after parts are ordered, you will be charged for the additional shipping and restocking fees.
INSURANCE / WARRANTY WORK POLICY
Road Tech RV will provide the RV owner with a detailed paid invoice (and photos if requested) for any work that may fall under a warranty or an insurance claim. It is the RV owner’s responsibility to seek reimbursement from the warranty or insurance company.
RV / SITE ACCESS
It is preferred that the RV owner be present when our technician arrives. If this is not possible, the RV owner must arrange access to the park and RV. If access is not possible at the time we arrive, the trip fee and minimum one hour on-site labor cost will be billed to your account.
